Due to the nature of customised products, refunds will not be accepts for: change of mind, if your design in incorrect or misspelt, your uploaded file is low quality, or any other reason that is not from the direct impact of Print My Apparel.

Returns will be accepted in the event that Print My Apparel misprints or is at fault.
